I remember "How the West was Won in Ten Easy Lessons"; Mr. Starnes' special desk next to his -- I'm not sure but I think I sat in it once; Charlie Lemmons showing us how he could eat a whole apple including the core ...... Mr. Starnes' bright red shirt, his daughter was born that year.
Kim Morelock remembers Mr. Starnes tying her arms behind her back, and the time she hit a triple playing softball in the field behind the school.
